Commercial and Office
Millennium Building
This project was the first mid-rise building to be built in downtown Missoula in nearly 50 years. The eight story mixed-use building provides seven floors of commercial office space and one floor of luxury condominiums with one level of parking below. Adjacent to the building is a 2 level parking garage and public park and fountain, built to a high level of detail. The design endeavors to offer a contemporary expression to that of the beloved Wilma Building located west of the Millennium Building, just across Higgins Avenue.
Ditchstone
This three story building was designed for a local accounting firm, who occupies the second floor.  The first floor is leasable office space and the third floor accommodates shared spaces.  The roof is an accessible deck for use as an exterior patio, which takes in mountain views.  From the street, the building appearance is an interpretation of a classic orthogonal brick structure of the 1930’s, creating a dialog with the adjacent Swift building.  The detailing of the brick takes cues from historic downtown buildings.  Juxtaposed against this classic brickwork is an modern steel and glass structure which is revealed in the exterior of the third floor and in the articulated south elevation.
Garlington, Lohn & Robinson
Still on the boards, this office building for the Missoula law firm Garlington, Lohn & Robinson will be one of Missoula's first LEED projects.
