Ditchstone Building

This three story building was designed for a local accounting firm, who occupies the second floor. The first floor is leasable office space, while the third floor accommodates amenity spaces. The roof is an accessible exterior patio surrounded by magnificent views.  From the street, the building appearance is an interpretation of a 1930’s, classic, orthogonal brick structure. The red brick façade creates a dialog with the adjacent Swift building and helps to relate the building to the scale of its neighbor. Juxtaposed against this brickwork is a modern steel and glass structure.
